ACV’s and Saving your local

Assets of Community Value have been one of the most successful actions by this branch of CAMRA so far.

Our branch Pubs Campaigns Officer can assist any local Action group, Parish council or Community bid to buy organisation with ACV applications. This can be accomplished by working with the group to generate the paperwork required and contacting the relevant local district councils.

ACVs can be applied for any pub that is important to an area, perhaps the last community hub or meeting point which if lost would severely affect the local quality of life.

This branch intends to attempt to protect these community assets from demolition or conversion with the assistance and approval of the local councils. For more information on ACVs either contact our Pubs Campaigns Officer, Mark Beare or click this link for more details and guides on how to apply for an ACV:
