ACV

ACV

Assets of Community Value have been one of the most successful actions by this branch of CAMRA so far.

ACVs are applied for by our branch Pubs Campaigns Officer, via local district councils when we can see that a particular establishment that is important to a local community is in danger of redevelopment. Therefore any pub that is important to an area, perhaps the last community hub or meeting point which if lost would severely affect the local quality of life.                                    This branch intends to attempt to protect these community assets from demolition or conversion with the assistance and approval of the local councils. If you know of a pub that could benefit from an ACV being attached to it please let us know by contacting our Pubs Campaigns Officer, Mark Beare: mark.beare@eastnorfolkcamra.org.uk
